A refundable deposit of £100 must accompany each booking. This is to cover damages, breakages etc. We ask that the chalet is left tidy and all rubbish is taken from site. We ask that the generator is left full of petrol as you will find it and that any tackle hired is returned to the shed in good condition. The deposit is fully refundable if these conditions are met and will be returned at the end of your holiday.

On receipt of, your completed booking form and deposit, your holiday will be reserved for you and your party.
Your booking is taken to be confirmed and accepted in respect of all persons travelling when we forward our
booking confirmation to the person signing / sending the booking form.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the value of your booking must accompany your completed booking form
|
| 4. |
The balance is required no later than 8 weeks before your booking date. If a booking is placed 10 weeks prior to your
arrival date the total cost of your holiday must be paid in full and sent with all other necessary documents.

If full payment is not received 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking;
payments may not be refunded and a cancellation fee incurred.

If however you cancel your confirmed booking, it will only be accepted in writing, signed by the group organiser and the
following charges will apply;
i) Cancellation 8 weeks or more before the travel date = deposit only
ii) Cancellation less than 8 weeks before the travel date cancellation fee = the total cost

All travel arrangements / requirements are your responsibility and we accept no responsibility for delays or cancellations
in ferries / flights or, if there are irregularities in your documents.

Force majeure: We will not be held liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following; Strikes, Political Unrest,
Riots, Port Closures, War or Threat of, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical / Weather problems
to transportation, Acts of God or any other event(s) beyond our control.

If any changes to the confirmed booking are required, we will try and be flexible wherever possible.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Jurisdiction: Signature on / submission of the booking form constitutes acceptance of a contract on these terms
subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court to the whole group. Each angler is included
and also constitutes acceptance of a contract based on these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to terminate your vacation if you are in any way causing a disturbance or harm to other anglers,
other people, grounds, lakes or property. You will not be liable to a refund / compensation and you may incur costs
for any damage carried out.

The person submitting / signing the booking form and all members of the party should have read and accepted
these terms and conditions.

| 14. |
We accept no liability for loss / damage of belongings or injury / accident whilst visiting the lake so please ensure
you are properly insured.
|
| 15. |
Everybody who visits the lake accepts that they may appear in articles or advertising by text or photograph.
